Let’s get in touchNatalya joined ExteNet Systems in July 2021 and serves as the Chief of Staff and Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role, she is responsible for leading the company’s strategy and M&A initiatives to drive growth through organic and inorganic means. Natalya brings to ExteNet 10+ years of experience creating shareholder value through development of corporate strategy, execution of growth initiatives and integration of strategic investments across wireless infrastructure and broadcast media sectors.
Prior to joining ExteNet, Natalya served as the Director of Finance and Strategy for Cumulus Media (NASDAQ: CMLS), an audio-first media and entertainment company, where she played a key role in supporting company’s strategic initiatives, including M&A, strategic partnerships, capital markets, financing activities, board relations and investor relations. Prior to Cumulus, Natalya co-founded and served as the Vice President of M&A at Phoenix Tower International (“PTI”) where she led all aspects of business development and corporate strategy, driving company’s rapid growth by executing more than 50 complex domestic and cross-border transactions over a three-year period, creating one of the largest privately held tower companies in the world with operations across eight countries. Additionally, Natalya provided strategic input on various decisions and fund-raising initiatives as the company grew from an unfunded start-up to a multi-national wireless infrastructure business backed by the Blackstone Group. Prior to PTI, Natalya was a Senior M&A Analyst at Global Tower Partners where she was responsible for managing over 100 middle market tower transactions, rooftop buyouts and land acquisitions from inception to close.
Natalya received her MBA from the Miami Herbert Business School at University of Miami and BA in finance from Florida Atlantic University. She has served as a member of the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board at Miami Herbert Business School and was a recipient of the University of Miami Go Getter Award which recognizes alumni for distinguished professional achievement at an early age. With the establishment of the Natalya V. Kashirina Scholarship Fund, Natalya remains actively engaged in alumni activities and is committed to providing mentorship and leadership development opportunities for young women.
