Todd Melby Joins ExteNet Systems, Inc. as Vice President, Business Development/Central Region
LISLE, Illinois—June 4, 2008—Todd Melby has joined ExteNet Systems, Inc. as vice president of business development, Central Region. Melby comes to ExteNet Systems from Solutelia, LLC, where he was vice president of technology for the firm’s telecom consulting practice.
Melby brings with him nearly two decades of experience and expertise in wireless communications network design, engineering, implementation and operations. In this new role, Melby will be responsible for establishing a leadership position for ExteNet Systems in states including Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Indiana, Arkansas and Alabama.

Prior to his engagement with Solutelia, Melby’s successful career included design engineering and management positions with SBA Network Services, where he was the vice president of operations for the firm’s telecom construction and technical services. Prior to that, he was regional build director--high speed Internet for Sprint Broadband Wireless. He also served in RF management and engineering positions with Sprint PCS and Motorola. He began his career as an electrical engineer for Northrop Defense Systems, where he developed test systems for electronic counter-measures for the United States Air Force.
Melby received his MBA from Northern Illinois University, and earned his BSEET from the DeVry Institute of Technology.
