Pricing Analyst (Lisle)

Title: Pricing Analyst

The selected candidate will work from our HQ in Lisle, IL in the Financial Planning and Analysis department, and will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and timeliness of project pricing. In this capacity, the selected candidate will capture, manage and disseminate information to and from members of the pricing team and internal customers.

A key element of the role is to ensure that the company’s project pricing, document repositories, and internal tracking mechanisms are current, well organized, and reflective of the status of the projects in the portfolio. The candidate will support the pricing department; interface regularly with cost accounting, sales, sales engineers and project managers to provide status updates under the direction of the VP, Financial Planning and Analysis.


  • Field, log and categorize and manage incoming pricing requests
  • Occasionally attend Design Review Meetings and/or Project Kickoff meetings
  • Create, Maintain and Organize all open requests to pricing
  • Communicate frequently with Sales VP to pricing schedule prioritization
  • Communicate frequently with GIS to determine timing of inputs to the pricing process
  • Communicate frequently with multiple SE’s and PM’s to ensure timeliness and accuracy of requests on the pricing department
  • Maintain timelines and communicate with relevant parties, to ensure finance pricing dates achieve sales pricing requests
  • Occasionally assist the Pricing Managers with pricing models
  • Download, organize and file the CE tools to the appropriate network drive folders
  • Provide initial analysis of the CE tools received
  • Organize, maintain and file the pricing models in the correct network drive folders
  • Support communications with and work flows with other FP&A and accounting departments
  • Respond to daily ad hoc requests


  • Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Accounting major preferred
  • Experience with Sequel databases preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio; with specific emphasis on Excel, Project and PowerPoint
  • Solid problem solving and independent thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of the company
