Executive Assistant

Location: Lisle
Title: Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for administrative activities in support of the assigned Executives. He or she will also provide support for other departmental heads when needed and will work collaboratively with the rest of the administrative team.


  • Support of assigned senior managers in the following areas:
    • Meeting planning
    • Travel arrangements for the assigned senior managers and others as needed
    • Expense reporting, documentation and follow up
    • Report and presentation organizing, collating and assembly
    • Screening and follow up phone calls, emails and correspondence
    • Reservations and coordination with customers and vendors
    • Handling confidential and high level information with discretion and diplomacy
    • Arranging for lunches, catering, limo services and other items for visitors
  • Support other departments and functions, may include:
    • Responsible for the processing of purchase orders
    • Basic facilities requests and coordination
    • Handling additional projects as need dictates


  • 5-7 years administrative experience supporting senior management
  • Unquestionable integrity and demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
  • Strong professional interpersonal and communications skills
  • Exceptional written communications skills to liaison with employees
  • Detail oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to quickly grasp and understand office operations and make recommendations to improve the proficiency and professionalism of the team’s administrative activities.
